California

on wednesday my mom and i decided to go to california!!! so we rented a car packed and left thursday morning! it was so nice to just spend one on one time with my mom!

9.15.11- we left arizona about 9:30am we got to my grandma's around 4:30 we went to dinner and to a movie {the help} it was really good! after that we visited for a while then went to bed!

9.16.11- we went to visit my great grandpa {who is 98 and still doing good as ever!} we talk with him for around 2 hours it was really nice to hear about his life! he was born in 1913 so he's been through a lot of changes! after that we went to go see my grandpa {my moms dad}. I thought I wouldn't see my friend Emily until the next day because she had to work late. but she called and said she didn't so I went over to her apt. we rented a movie and hung out. we figured it out that I've seen her every month since she  moved to California!! and I'll see her every month until January!!!!!!

9.17.11- once Emily and I woke up we headed back to my grandparents house we hung out there and went through a bunch of old pictures and scanned them onto my computer!! I can't wait until my kids grow up and I can show them all my old pictures! It was so fun looking at my mom and uncles when they were teenagers!

Emily and I made dinner for everyone that night!

9.19.11- my mom and I left California around 12pm and got home at 6pm I was so excited to see Tillman and Aaron!!!! when we pulled up in the driveway Aaron held Tillman up in the window and he was sooo happy to see me! It was such a great mom moment!!! it was a really fun trip but i'm glad to be home with my husband and baby!!!

the grand canyon

this last friday aaron and i went to the grand canyon it was suppose the be the priests and laurels... but no girls came so it was just me with all the boys. i don't have much to say about the trip other than i will never hike the grand canyon again! haha we hiked down friday slept for a little then hiked up saturday! it was awful!!! it took about 3 1/2 hours to hike down and 7 hours to hike out!! it was TERRIBLE!! haha but the grand canyon was sooo beautiful! pictures don't do it justice!

the 4th

every year for the 4th of july {minus the one when i was massively pregnant with t-bone} aaron and i go to california! this was our 3rd year! it was so much fun! we left super late thursday night so tillman would sleep all night {which he did!} we got to my aunts around 4 am. we slept a little then we met up with my friend emily who recently moved to california then off to the beach!! it was so fun tillman wasn't a big fan off all the sand but he still had fun! that night we celebrated tillmans birthday {it's not until the 12th} for the people who couldn't come to arizona! he LOVED his cake!! saturday was the beach again. sunday we went to visit my grandparents and had a bbq. it was so nice being around family!! monday we had a bbq at my aunt lisa house then off the see the fireworks! we came late tuesday night thinking tillman would sleep the whole way {not even close} and poor aaron had to drive in a TERRIBLE storm!!

friday the 13 & California

i know i said this before but every year my friends and i get together on friday the 13 so last friday we all got together at mandy's mom's house it was so much fun!!! my friend emily worked the movie Everything Much Go so we went and saw that and her name was in the credits!!!!!!!! that was super exciting! Congrats em!! We all went to bed around 2:30! elisa and i had to wake up at 4:45. she had to go to Tuscon and i was going to California. so we got about 2 hours of sleep!!!

Saturday morning aaron dropped till and i off at the airport to go to california! i was so worried about flying by myself with tillman. but he did great!!! My mom and my aunt picked me and till up from the airport and we hung out at my grandpa's house until my aunts 50th birthday party!! The party was so much fun!! we danced, ate and chatted! :) Sunday my mom till and i visited family then flew home!! it was a fast trip!!!

Snowflake

This last weekend Aaron and I got to go to our friend Jerah's sealing! It was so awesome! We drove up to snowflake Thursday night we stayed at The Comfort Inn. Friday morning we woke up and went to get the continental breakfast and Jerah was there (little did we know The Comfort Inn is the only hotel in snowflake haha)
